Engineered Garments × Allen Edmonds

Since 1922, Allen Edmonds have been producing quality dress shoes in their Wisconsin factory. Supplying the US Army and Navy during WWII, the expertly built footwear remained popular with returning GIs, who'd grown accustomed to it during their tour of duty. Several former presidents also sported the company's shoes.
Daiki has worked with Allen Edmonds to develop this limited edition release, handcrafted in Port Washington, WI. Daiki drew inspiration from a pair of Allen Edmonds 'Sun Valley' boots from his extensive archive. This archive style has been adapted into a more refined, lower profile shoe. From the black metal hardware to the substantial scalloped Goodyear welt, every detail of the design was handpicked by Daiki and reflects his distinctive vision for re-engineering heritage designs.
The Adirondack Low Hiker shoe will be available in black and brown pony hair finishes soon at Nepenthes London.
