Please note, we can not deliver to PO BOX address. To obtain a shipping quote if your country does not appear in the selection please contact us at web@nepentheslondon.com and we will be able to better assist you with your order.

Any taxes or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  We are unable to mark products down on any customs declaration forms for less than their purchase value.

We accept payment in Great British Pounds. This means the price you see is the price you will be charged.

Pickup in store

If you chose in-store pick up, we will keep your item for 7 days. After this, we will return the item to stock and refund you via your payment method. If you're unable to collect your item in store within 7 days, please call us and we may be able to extend the holding period.
