Woburn Walk x Troentorp Swedish Clog
The blueprint is deeply rooted and derived from leather shoes, that were used for mountaineering and were worn in the European Alps and southern German regions. The brand use of nails are all hand processed, which creates an extremely unique and unorthodox approach, since mechanical nails like staples are often used for the process. The nails are also brass-coloured, which is the result of the black and gold colouring of the London store’s residence and walk.
The design is a perfect blend of the pastoral essence of both the traditional clog, which was once worn by farmers in Scandinavia, such as Sweden, and the functional form of mountaineering shoes in the Alps, which can only be experienced through this brand’s collaboration.
Both styles are now available in-store and online.
