This Frill Vest is based on a classical waistcoat with arranged ruffles. It has buttonholes but no buttons, so that you can attach your own buttons if one desires. The material used is a cashmere flannel made of 90% wool and 10% cashmere, woven in Bishu, one of the world's leading woollen textile production areas. It has a soft, puffy touch, with just the right amount of flesh and bounce to create a plump silhouette.
